It’s not just older people who have “Senior Moments” when it comes to getting to grips with technology! That’s why we offer comprehensive computer and technology support and training services – including Windows PCs and laptops, Apple Macs, Tablets, Phones and Office Applications to people of all ages.
Our computer support and training services are delivered online anywhere . We’ve been supporting people in the south west of England over the past 12 years but are now based on the Orkney island of Sanday, so we are able to offer our services on Sanday and Orkney in person, remotely anywhere.

We do not try to blind you with science but do explain exactly what we are doing in terms that are not riddled with jargon. Having dealt with thousands of customers over the years we do understand how confusing and perplexing these issues can be. However, we also understand that you will want to know what is happening and what has been done.
Remote Support
Remote support is a great option for most computer problems.
As long as your PC or laptop is running and you can access the internet we can often resolve your issues without a visit. This includes new machine set up and data transfer, speeding up slow PCs, and all forms of training.

Training
Computer and general technology training designed to meet your needs.
We have experience with all ages and abilities and across the range of technologies. In-person and remote on-line. Courses are available one-to-one and in groups.

Advice
We are happy to provide advice and recommendations for any aspect of your technology, from new laptops to which phone or tablet, WiFi extender or Broadband supplier best meets your needs.
Advice is free and we do not have any affiliation to suppliers or providers – so it’s based purely on your requirements and situation!

Are you always available?
We are available each weekday and some weekends UK time, but can be flexible if you are in another time-zone or need some help at the weekend.
Do you support clients in any country?
Yes, we are happy to help as long as you have a basic understanding of English. We are happy to accommodate other time zones as well.
Do you support Apple Macs?
Yes. We support both Apple Macs and Windows PCs and laptops and have extensive experience on both systems. Also, Android and Apple phones and tablets.
Can you design a course for me?
Yes. We have some standard courses but the majority of our work is one-to-one or in small groups, so the courses are tailored specifically to your needs.
How do you charge for your services and courses?
One-on-one sessions are charged at £40, however for a series of lessons we would agree on a fixed fee. Visits are charged at £50 per hour or a fixed fee for a specific job. For example, to set up a new PC or laptop with data transfer from the old machine is £80.
Can you supply equipment?
We can, but usually we advise on what is best given your needs and then provide a link to the online store or advise which particular model is best or the precise specification that will meet your needs.
We can then help you set up your new devices, transfer data and install the applications that you need.
